"Couldn't find plugin"

I have deployed the plugin and am attempting to install it as an unverified plugin, but I am receiving an error message that says "Couldn't find plugin."

It appears that both the ai-plugin.json and openapi.yaml files are accessible and functioning properly.

Can someone help me figure out the root cause of this issue?
