Registration form too crowded

For oSC16 there are a lot of events that require registration. This is making the Registration#new form very crowded

It's also not very clear what pre-registraion means and why I should click it or not when I register. I think pre-registration to Events should move off here to Proposal#show

Yes, it is indeed a bit crowded over there. I am not sure it is practical, though, that you go to the individual page of each event you want to register to. Perhaps all events that need registration can be gathered in a new page / tab in registration?
