Define the tasks of a talk

Current behavior: Tasks are currently hard-coded.
Expected correct behavior: It would be nice, if user/admin defined tasks for a talk can be specified. Additionally, maybe tasks are not required for a talk - like if a conference doesn't want to have commercial. This allows us to make sure, everything is organized to have the talk.
A user defined task can be something like:
- Get in contact with speaker to ask him for special dinner requirements (vegan)
- During conference: speaker is present at the conference.
OSEM would expect
- the food preferences to be a question (during registration most probably), and
- speaker presence to be viewed from here http://demo.osem.io/admin/conferences/osemdemo/program/reports#missing-speakers
Our registration list http://demo.osem.io/admin/conferences/osemdemo/registrations used to have a column to show attendance, which could be toggled. Perhaps we should bring that back.
I realize these are merely 2 examples, but perhaps there is existing function to cover some of these needs.
Customizeable event todo list (which is like a checklist for the talk submitter - and also visible to organizers through here http://demo.osem.io/admin/conferences/osemdemo/program/events/1#proposal-tasks) is something that has been mentioned before, I believe, and is a potential feature.
