Can't add commercial/slidedeck

Unable to add slidedeck as an administrator for the commercial section. When submitting on the below section, the response on the topic appears.

The bug not only affects the administrator mode, but the user as well.

This is actually a Can't verify CSRF token authenticity. kind of error.

@ddemaio I have manually added the commercial by the way (through rails console)
