Multibuild tabs use wrong links and highlights

Issue Description

Multibuild package view displays normal package tabs, but doesn't highlight the overview, and the Overview tab link links to base package

Expected Result

The correct link and highlight is used for multibuild packages

How to Reproduce

  1. Go to https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:python/python-arrow:test
  2. Click on Overview tab
  3. Find yourself on https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:python/python-arrow instead
