Issue Description

Pull Request projects created by the OBS/SCM integration does not seem to get deleted

Expected Result

PR Project deleted when Pull Request is finished

Further Information

  1. Go to https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:ailin_nemui:CI:ailin-nemui:irssi:PR-88
  2. Compare with https://github.com/ailin-nemui/irssi/pull/88

Even though the PR is closed the project isn't cleaned up
