DAPS profiling fails when using `--xsltproc=saxon`

It seems that DAPS does not profile correctly any more with the xsltproc=saxon parameter. The profiling output contains empty xinclude elements which of course prevents DAPS from actually building any output in the target format.

(Toms tested this today on, I believe, SLE HA/NFS Quick.)

toms, this is a profiling stylesheet issue, would you please have a look at it?
