Hello @comraderachel I thought that original plan was logo here's both png and svg. We should keep it relevant to the official logo,cathodegaytube2 doesn't ring a bell at least to me. Suggesting to use unofficial logo dir that we have for exactly these occasions.

Feel free to play with colors I think this would look better

You can simply use mask function of inkscape to set any image as a background. Turn logo white and play with opacity etc.
