Agama for SLES16 shows Installation Finished prematurely

Originally reported by Ancor. Visually it looks like that after disk partition installation finishes successfully. But after reboot it cannot boot. Reason found by debugging is that backend still runs and only web frontend things that it ends. The most probable reason is some websocket event that confuse web UI.
