Agama should ask for confirmation when switching Tumbleweed -> Micro

Agama should ask for confirmation when switching Tumbleweed -> Micro. The reason is that cache of repository metadata is lost and it takes time to download it.

Also the dialog should explain that it:

  1. will need to download metadata
  2. certain configuration (partitioning only?) will be also lost

This was on the version presented at Devconf 14th June 2024 (https://pretalx.com/devconf-cz-2024/talk/TCUZ8S/).
