Add information for the user about current status of the parsing of his genotype
As a user I might want to know on what position of the queue my genotype is currently waiting for its turn to be parsed.
This is a new feature, and we should probably do a lot of cleaning-up before adding tons of these, but it is also a small one and the confusion (I imagine) the lack of it is causing might justify it.
Right next to the current spot in the queue, we can display a message along the lines of "If you want to speed things up, you can donate here." If a donation brings you further to the top, remains to be discussed... ;)
When you forward a 'thank you for reviewing' email to publons they give you a nice line on the status of their job queue, could be something for us?
