short cut between subject/subject group and protocols (technical or behavioral)

Taking the fact that not all data providers are able to share full provenance of their data, it might be useful to enable a new short cut between the subject / subject group schema and protocols (technical or behavioral) to facilitate the registration of which subject / subject group conducted which technical or behavioral protocol.

For context, the long route is Subject/SubjectGroup --> SubjectState/SubjectGroupState --> ProtocolExecution --> Protocol, so this shortcut would save creating the two intermediate instances.
