Editing the Disk combobox text on Windows 10 closes Catapult after pressing Enter

Several independent Windows 10 users reported that when they just simply start up Catapult and edit something in the Disk A combobox and press Enter, Catapult stops. There is no logging in the Windows Event Log about a crash. I couldn't reproduce it on Linux.

Note that openMSX doesn't even need to have been started to reproduce it.

'Creepy' also reported it already happens with 16.0.
