WEB-220: Extend Manual Journal entry to support Asset Externalization

Description

Asset Externalization feature developed is at the loan account level. There should be a provision to pass manual journal entries for the specific asset owner as well.

As User we post Manual Journal Entries at Asset Owner level when Asset Externalization is enabled
