Maturity instructions option missing when creating a fixed deposit account

Description

In the community app, there is an option to indicate maturity instructions when creating a fixed deposit. This feature is missing in the web app.

Steps to Reproduce

Assumption: Fixed deposit product has been created

1. Go to client profile and under more(three line icon) select applications and select fixed deposit account
2. Attempt to create a fixed deposit account
3. Under settings tab, you'll notice there is no option to select maturity instructions like it is in the community app

Expected Behaviour

A drop down to select maturity instructions appears under setting tab

Actual Behaviour

There is no such option
