Search journal entries system entries filter not working

Description

When a user selects "system entries" in the filter drop down, the system loads both manual and system journal entries.

Steps to Reproduce

Assumption: The chart of accounts has been created and both manual and system journal entries have been made.

1. Go to search journal entries
2. and select system entries in the filter drop down

Expected Behaviour

Only system entries will be displayed on the journal entries list

Actual Behaviour

Both manual and system entries are displayed
