feat: add create edit survey page

A new page named edit-survey added under manage-surveys with necessary changes to the view-survey component. the edit-survey page helps the user to edit the surveys and their questions and responses.

Description

Edit Survey page visible.

User can click on edit button on the View Survey page to visit Edit Survey page.

Form auto-initializes with given the survey's existing data.

User can make changes in the form as per requirement.

Submit button saves the updates and redirect to respective View Survey page.

@karantakalkar I just noticed that I made some mistakes while adding the router for the edit page and also I was not using resolver. So I made some changes to correct it.
