feat:Adding filters into transactions section of loan accounts.

Summary:

Currently, no filter feature is present in the transaction section of loan accounts.There should be filter option present to filter on basis of date in the transaction section of loan accounts.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to loan section pick any account which is in arrears or active.

Expected behaviour:

There should be a filter option present in the transaction section because it will become cumbersome to find transaction in particular period.

Observed behaviour:

Above feature is absent.

Device and Android version: Moto G-3 (6.0.1).
