Bug: Persistent progress bar in recent transaction

Summary:

Even after the recent transactions are loaded we see a progress bar that is persistent .

Steps to reproduce:

• open recent transaction from the side navigation

Expected behaviour:

• Progress bar should lose visibility after the transactions are loaded

We do have a PR that solves this @ufuomaisaac . However that PR hasn't been merged into our codebase yet

I have dscovered that PR raised by you in regard to this issuse is still in draft state . I have got my PR closed by mentor since you are already assighned this issuse .
