Offline Synchronization - Ability to search for clients and then sync them for offline transactions

Summary:

The offline Synchronization works perfectly, but it has one major limitation. For a user to be able to work offline, they have to follow the steps below as shared by Mallikarjun in the link below https://discourse.mifos.org/t/offline-sync-for-loan-and-savings-transaction-not-possible/6854

Steps to reproduce: When you are online, 1- User has to browse to client list 2 - User must select the clients they wish to synchronize using the client list only for the sync option to appear on top right corner of the app user will click on that sync option and after it completes its process you can go offline, that time you can find these particular client and their details

Expected behaviour: In a situation where the user has to attend to many clients and in a huge database of many clients, they have to do a lot of scrolling to see the clients they want to synchronize for offline transactions

Observed behaviour: It is not possible for user to use the search option to find the client and synchronize them
