Filter dialog error in SavingAccountsTransactionFragment.kt

Summary: When user applies filter in SavingAccountsTransactionFragment and if no transaction is available for that condition then sweetError layout shows but after clearing filter or applying different filter that layout does not go. Also when no checkbox is selected from filter dialog then error layout shows up.

Expected behaviour: Error layout should be removed when other filters are applied and when no option is selected
