Feat - Add a option to Add/Remove Passcode in Settings

Summary:

Currently, while first login if the user skips adding/generating passcode there is no option to add it later.

Steps to reproduce:

Login -> Skip Passcode Step

Expected behaviour:

There should be option for adding passcode if it was skipped while initial setup.

Observed behaviour:

There is no option to add a passcode

Device and Android version:

Vivo V17, Android 10

version from the manufacturer or a custom ROM?
