Add functionality to display charge details

Summary:

From the api documentation for self service app, the backend supports:

• Sending details of a client charge
• Sending details of a loan account charge
• Sending details of a savings account charge

but till yet these functionalities haven't been added to the self service app

Expected behaviour:

Clicking on a charge in the charge list should display the complete details of the charge

Observed behaviour:

Nothing happens and also the recyclerview onItemClick method has been declared but not yet brought to any use
