Filters are not working for languages other than English in Accounts Section

Summary:

When the user selects a language other than English, the filters arent working. We need to implement the filters as per user language. Steps to reproduce:

Change language to something else from settings -> Accounts -> filter Expected behaviour:

However, there is another issue, i.e., when we open any card and navigate back to the screen the filters get removed because of a reload. I think it may be annoying sometimes.
