Feat: Reshaping and Adding more details in about section of app.

Summary:

Mifos mobile, being an OpenSource software needs as much contributions as it can get. The users using the android app without the knowledge of this repository should get a overview of how they can report some issues and how they can work on this. We should make an about section similar to the attached image with required fields.
