Notification opens twice.

Summary:

Notification activity opens twice if pressed twice quickly.

Steps to reproduce:

Home -> Quickly click on notification twice.

Expected behaviour:

It should open once.

Observed behaviour:

It opens twice.

I think either it is a device specific or android specific issue or the issue has been resolved. I also couldn't reproduce the issue

The issue doesn't exist anymore. It may be android specific. The notification works fine.

I can successfully reproduce the issue on Android 9.0 and 7.0 Let's see what the mentors have to say on this issue
