Email Campaign and email settings not under organization fragment

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Organization

Expected Behaviour

Email Related settings including Campaign should be there

Actual Behaviour

Missing

Settings

  • Mifos X version: 1.8.4 and also 1.6
  • Browser used: chrome
  • OS: Windows
