Unable to Create Fixed Deposit and Recurring Deposit Products as Period Type in Interest Chart Cannot be set

With the most recent version of the Community-app, I am unable to create a RD or FD product as the period Type field in the Interest Chart Screen cannot be set

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Behaviour

Able to set one of possible options under Period Types

Actual Behaviour

Unable to set one of possible options under Period Types

Settings

• Mifos X version: Fineract 1.4
• Browser used: Google Chrome Version 81.0.4044.122 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• OS: Windows 10
