Closure list in clients is empty

Description

Closure reason is not shown in close client.

The field is marked as required whereas the list of closure reason is empty. Either it should have proper options or it should be a text field in which user can write proper reason.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to clients, click on any active client. Now, click on close. Now, you can see that the closure reason list is empty.

Expected Behaviour

It should show proper reasons or else it should be a text field in which user can give proper reason.

Actual Behaviour

The closure reason list is empty.

Settings

  • Mifos X version: 19.12.01
  • Browser used: Mozilla Firefox
  • OS: Ubuntu 19.04
