Create Client doesn't giving error on submit without filling form

Description

On submiting the Create Client without filling form ,client is created.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Clients (on header) --> Clients --> Create Client --> now click Proceed -->Again Proceed.

Expected Behaviour

Mandatory field should give error.

Actual Behaviour

It's not giving error now.

Settings

  • Browser used: chrome
  • OS: Windows 10
  • OS: Ubuntu 18.04

@Rupeshiya , Looks like workflow is enabled. Let me which entity data tables are enabled for create client by checking in Admin>Organization>Entity Data table checks.

Am not able to reproduce this. I think you should recheck it and maybe close this PR
