Inconsistent charge fragment behavior

Summary:

Fragment screen is not getting updated as soon as charge is created.

Steps to reproduce:

1)Run the app 2)Clients 3)Charges 4) + icon

Expected behavior:

Fragment getting updated as soon as charge is created.

Observed behavior:

Fragment not getting updated and requires a new visit to fragment to incur changes.

Device and Android version:

Android 5.0.2,API 21
