Improper text of Add payment details button in Payment Details

Summary: Add payment details button is used to make payment details visible and also it hides the layout but with same text. Instead it should show Hide Payment Detail when details are visible.

Steps to reproduce: Go to Payment details and click the button

Expected behaviour: It should show Hide Payment Detail when details are visible.

Device and Android version: Any
