Submit empty collection sheet

Summary:

Submitting empty collection sheet, Showing toast message as " Collection sheet successfully" after pressing submit button.

Steps to reproduce:

nav drawer>Individual collection sheet>search any collection sheet >Press Fill now >Submit

Expected behaviour:

In an empty collection sheet show a toast message as "collections sheet empty" when user tries to submit empty collection sheet.

Observed behaviour:

Submitting empty collection sheet, Showing toast message as " Collection sheet successfully" after pressing submit button.

Android Version 9.0 Realme5
