Show High quality identification documents

Summary:

Currently, the identification documents upload and fetch quality is very poor. these are the very important documents that would help the bank sp that need to be in high quality

@therajanmaurya How do we define the image quality? Since an image may be of higher resolution and higher pixel density but may be taken in bad light which makes it a bad image though it is technically a good image quality.Moreover currently the upload button is sending an intent to camera which clicks the image and uploads the image (which is not uploading in correct sense).I looked up the link provided above but i had this confusion of image quality since it depends on external factors such as light conditions as well.
