@mathebox What exactly is not exposed by the API? Tom's ticket makes me think that even unpublished certificates are exposed via the API, which should not be the case, right?

The linked ticket refers to the small note that the certificates for the course aren't published yet. Via the API, we received either a URL for the certificate type or not. So currently there is no way for the mobile apps to distinguish between unpublished certificates and certificates that weren't achieved. We don't receive the information on whether the certificates were already published or not.

As of now, we show one of the following explanations for certificates:

  • not enrolled
  • not achieved
  • achieved
