Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The user should be able to download certificates to the device to able offline access. When downloaded, the downloaded file should be preferred.

Describe the solution you'd like Similar to slide and document downloads.

As in some rare cases, certificates can change, this could actually a good behavior. The users are still able to export the certifiticate to other apps (Files, ...) via the share button.
