Cannot add an attachment in the forum through the app

Some users reported that they cannot add files in the forum when viewing the page through the mobile app. The file drop location, which works in desktop browsers and iOS, does not open any file dialog when tapping on it. We were able to reproduce this issue.

Android: 11 (MIUI 12.5.5)
