No. This is new feature.

In our case, for the business reason, we cannot use the fixed time to purge data, we have to calcute the purge time base our business logic, and then execute the delete query like "delete from [mymeasurement] where time <= [timestamp]".

So, we need openGemini to support to delete data by a given timestamp, similar to "delete from [mymeasurement] where time <= [timestamp]".
