provide GUI-settings for luppp.prfs

At the moment there are some settings which can only be set by luppp.prfs-file. Would be nice to provide an GUI-Option for these settings.

  • saveDirectory
  • enablePerTrackOutput
  • metronomeActiveByDefault
  • metronomeDefaultVolume
