Some NPCs messed up in the A5e Menagerie v1
Some of the NPCs including the cutthroat, spy, and spymaster have the wrong abilities. They somehow got pulled from other NPCs so there's a mixture of abilities from one monster or another. I don't how how far this goes to other NPCs but it hit those three at least and likely others.
It turns out that some variant NPCs include abilities from their host NPC (like spymaster having assassin entries). This doesn't need to be fixed.
While digging in, though, I fixed a problem with the Queen of Night and Magic in TOB 2023 and removed a bunch of NPC descriptions that made their way into the stat block with some bad parsing. I'm sure I didn't catch all of them but I got a lot of them.

It just needs to be tested and merged in and the fixes should be done.
This was fixed with a merge a while ago.
