Create a german SRD source file in json format to be able to later use the API in german

The format is: https://github.com/open5e/open5e-api/blob/staging/data/v2/wizards-of-the-coast/srd/Creature.json The keys will probably stay in english as main language, but the values are the german representation of the SRD.
