Pipeline filter always present

I'm experimenting with the pipeline filter and after adding, I realized that it's automatically applied to even the models in the openwebui front end (not just pipelines). Additionally, when looking at the model details in the openwebui front end, the filter pipeline isn't present at all (the openwebui filters are though).

@rmiranda87 any idea on how to enable pipelines for specific models only rather than across all the models
