Cannot build with QUIC, error version QUIC on github

hello, i want to know how to build with QUIC,where can i find the instructions?

@starwarfan @jianjunz it will be good if you guys provide us the binaries of quick sdk.. as V5 release is still not available on the intel release website its quite some time passsed v5 source code release ..

QUIC agent depends on QUIC SDK. I understand it would be hard for you to build QUIC SDK because it has a lot of dependencies. Thus, we've enabled GitHub actions for QUIC SDK WebTransport module. You may get the binaries of QUIC SDK from GitHub Artifacts. A similar version to v5.0 could be found here. Kindly note that artifacts are not fully tested, it's the outcome of CI build.
