Binutils folder not generated while doing gclient sync

Hi All,

Im getting the below error when im tring to gerenate ios SDK.

________ running 'vpython src/third_party/binutils/download.py' in '/home/people link/owt-client-native' /home/peoplelink/depot_tools/.cipd_bin/.cipd/pkgs/0/4wgGcwE-qbz1L7FAqp2Sl7BFQ12f LTHUjQfMG6vIP_kC/vpython: could not resolve options: failed to resolve Python sc ript: stat /home/peoplelink/owt-client-native/src/third_party/binutils/download. py: no such file or directory Error: Command 'vpython src/third_party/binutils/download.py' returned non-zero exit status 1 in /home/peoplelink/owt-client-native

It will be helpfull to me if i get any solution.
