Recent workflows failed because Firefox is not installed by default in macos-latest. This change also updates workflow configuration for [merge queue](https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/configuring-branches-and-merges-in-your-repository/configuring-pull-request-merges/managing-a-merge-queue).
