Will Simulcast work according to network conditions ?

Hi, I had a query regarding simulcast mode, will the framework adjusts the bit rate according to various receivers bandwidth limitations or we have to do it manually ?

It depends on the behavior of conference server. As far as I know, server doesn't support automatically bitrate adjustment.
