Subscribe share screen simulcast stream would be freezing

os : ubuntu18.04 (software) mcu : Release-v20190919ubuntu.tgz firefox : 69

steps: 1、publish share screen for simulcast stream(720p vp8) 2、subscribe share screen stream use rid 'f' and 'h' 3、wait for five minutes ,the screen will be carton (wife and wired network same error)
