The device entity attributes have a role with the entity having a clear purpose.

Describe the solution you'd like

The device entity is split in 2:

• device: represents a physical device
• device.model: represents a common definition of a device which is shared across many devices

The device.manufacturer attribute is renamed to device.model.manufacturer as each model will only ever 1 manufacturer.
