[chore] Remove manual list of namespaces #1695

Changes

As identified in #1695 the list of namespaces can quickly get out of date and as such they should be auto-generated or removed. Case in point is the lack of references to ci/CD as well as other areas.

This has opted to remove them as there will be difficultly in reliably generating links to the docs due to it being unknown where the signals are rendered.

Note: if the PR is touching an area that is not listed in the existing areas, or the area does not have sufficient domain experts coverage, the PR might be tagged as experts needed and move slowly until experts are identified.
