In particular, there should be a link to https://www.linuxfoundation.org/legal/generative-ai.

@svrnm pointed out that we have https://github.com/open-telemetry/community/blob/main/policies/genai.md.

We have it in our PR Template now but I guess this refers to updating https://opentelemetry.io/docs/contributing/localization/ specifically?

I think that independent of the PR template, we should have a few lines in our contributor guidelines.
